The DIF Verona Regional Hub brings the Network’s distribution capacity closer to food & beverage flows across Veneto and North-East Italy, strengthening DIF’s local presence within its nationwide network. Located within Verona Logistics Park, the Hub combines 35,000 sq m of Ambient space with 5,000 sq m of temperature-controlled space at 0/+4°C, enabling different logistics requirements to be managed within a single operational node. Its proximity to the region’s main transport corridors supports more responsive management of inbound and outbound flows and stronger connections with local distribution operations. Within the DIF model, the Hub does not operate as a standalone facility: it acts as a connection point between logistics capacity, network companies and the local area, supporting continuity across the food & beverage distribution chain.
Plus: Quality control for fruit and vegetable products, including Brix measurement, firmness testing and size grading.
Located close to the A4 Turin–Trieste and A22 Brenner–Modena motorways, two major transport corridors connecting Verona respectively along Northern Italy’s east–west axis and the north–south route. This strategic position enables the Hub to operate as a regional logistics hub, helping reduce the organisational distance between primary transport flows, network companies and last-mile distribution.
The Verona Regional Hub is DIF’s logistics hub serving Veneto and North-East Italy, integrated into a nationwide network of hubs, transit points and local network companies.
The map shows how the different nodes within the Network connect and work together to support food & beverage distribution across Italy.
