The integration of skills and resources between DIF Network, Torello and GTS opens the doors to unprecedented efficiency: DIF will have the task of collecting and distributing food production in Italy, even that which comes from abroad thanks to the railway partner. GTS, which by the first half of 2024 will upgrade the Verona-Bari route from 3 to 6 circulations per week, will take care of rail transport from southern Italy to northern Europe and vice versa and Torello will be the support for full load international transport by road and warehouse logistics operator thanks to its many storage sites. The flexibility of road transport combines with the speed and loading capacity of rail transport, shaping a synergistic system capable of facing the dynamic needs of the market.
